      • EM[BODY]MENT was my very successful final year uni project. It was a live exhibition exploring art, performance, digital media and photography using the body with a gala evening held to showcase some live art pieces. My role within the team was to source and liaise with all fine, performance and live artists, marketing and curating and hanging the exhibition. I also worked on all other aspects of the exhibition such as the guest list and legal matters. • My second year project was part of a large festival to celebrate Bournemouth’s 200-year birthday. The event ‘Spectacle in the Square’ was a showcase of Bournemouth’s talent in performing arts and set to take the audience on a journey through the last 200 years. My role within the team was Logistics Manager responsible for all contact with Bournemouth Council, all applications, health and safety, risk assessments and insurance as well as all other logistics for the event including marketing and production. • I worked as a part of a large team, in my first year at University, to produce a successful fashion show/club night. My roles included sourcing the venue and all venue dressing including flower arrangements, flower and balloon arches and the runway. I was also part of the marketing and fundraising team for the event and also sourced and liaised with some of the designers that took part. Show less

My role was mainly reception with added admin tasks from the Solicitors and Paralegals. I learnt a lot from dealing with the admin side of quite a few family law cases and often found myself in difficult and testing situations with clients. This challenged my professionalism and ability to act quickly under pressure.

      For 3 and a half years I worked in Dorking in Surrey as a Production Manager for Ogle Hog Ltd. Ogle Hog are a Broadcast and Event Video Specialist who work on live music events both all over the UK and abroad. My role consisted of booking and managing video crew on many different events throughout the year. This included diary management, PO’s, invoicing and accreditation, as well as on site crew management, logistics, travel and dealing with multiple suppliers. Events I worked on annually include festivals such as Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Download Festival, Wireless Festival, (Hard Rock) Calling, EDC and Cambridge Folk Festival. I also worked on The BRIT Awards, The BRITs Launch Party, MTV EMA’s, Radio 1 Teen Awards and The BBC Music Awards to name a few. My role at Ogle Hog also included management of the office and accounts. I ran the company’s accounts package Kashflow, entering all expenses, receipts, invoices etc and making sure all are paid and up to date. This also included a monthly bank reconciliation, balancing PAYE amounts and employee salaries. I also managed a basic company website (wix), uploading information and photos, as well as regularly updating Ogle Hog's social media pages. Show less
