  Head of the Global Operations CAPEX with a 35 people team located across EU, Latin America and Asia. Responsible for $1.3 bio Capex Cash Flow management in the company to ensure the alignment of market investment with the long term business strategy. Responsible for supervising the Capex team in the Center of Expertise with a scope of six manufacturing plants across the EU and several Buy and Sell entities. Plan, coordinate and execute electrical and mechanical projects aiming utilities equipment optimization. Works in tandem with manufacturing areas' focal points in order to identify energy waste spots and energy saving opportunities. KPI monitoring and data report to international headquarters. Modular program with job rotation in Sales and Operations departments. Two months in direct sales replacing a company`s seller. Training in Tobacco Processing Technology and Cigarette Manufacturing. Development of an Energy Measurement Project by testing and validating the monitoring and the integrator software. Proposed and developed a final Trainee project aiming fixed cost reduction by optimizing HVAC`s operation.
