I use my certification in Six Sigma as a Master Black Belt to review a process and analyze the goals and mission of the team. I first assess the mission, goals and customer needs to make sure they can be met and that the business is operating under realistic assumptions. I review that the business is achieving its stated mission then follow into examining how well the current process is executed. Reviewing how individual tasks are handled and how the process flows as a whole.
