In concrete, I supported the team responsible for the unique group-wide trainee program "ProTeam". ProTeam is an 18-months program for Master graduates with a great focus on personality and diversity within the team of young potentials. During their time, the trainees have different (international) projects, workshops and a social project which prepare and allow them to shape Lufthansa’s future. Here is an overview of my tasks and responsibilities:1. HR Marketing- Support in the creation of the marketing concept and definition of marketing measures for 2018- Support in the renewal and design of the ProTeam website - Design, creation and posting of social media content (video shoot)- Support in the conception and implementation of nationwide information events- Responsibility for internal communication (e.g. intranet site)2. Recruiting- Processing of applicant inquiries via LH social media channels- Collaboration in the design and implementation of an innovative recruitment process- Organization and coordination of the diagnostic rating procedure for candidate videos- Integration of new technologies (humanoid robot) and a "candidate experience" (cooking event) into the selection days 3.
