  JSA is a national non-partisan non-profit organization the strives to get high school kids involved in politics and leadership to ultimately become more equipped members of our democracy. I oversaw all of the programs and events for the students in Southern California, running 1300+ student debate conferences, overnight conventions on current events and politics. In the summer, I ran week-long leadership Institutes at UCLA and UC Davis and a 3-week academic summer programs at one of Georgetown, Stanford or Princeton Universities. Show less

  The food we eat dramatically affects our mood and sense of well-being. Through targeted work on the gut-brain-microbiome axis, I help people reverse many chronic conditions including anxiety, depression, stress and overwhelm, lack of focus, low energy and attention span, ADHD, ASD as well as their close cousins: digestive and autoimmune conditions. I work with businesses and organizations to improve the morale of their workforce by physiologically setting them up to avoid burnout and smoother work-life integration. Show less

  Enriched Kids is a daytime outdoor enrichment program for TK-4th graders providing homeschooling families unique hands-on nature activities, art projects, nature crafts, scientific discovery, and a great deal of interest-led exploration. Our program is anchored in child-led, "place-based" nature learning, which provides unlimited opportunities for cross-curricular studies engaging children in hands-on projects, experiments and deep dives into spontaneous investigations - all while developing confidence and a love for the natural world around them.
