I was responsible for meeting the deadlines, effecting the recommended corrections/ modifications on the project, and ensuring that the team's attention is focused on the group's objectives were on my shoulders.Also, I have to ensure the welfare of the team members and help other team members by holding frequent brainstorming sessions where we work together to solve members' problems and or agree on what next line of actions to take in a situation where we are unable to resolve the problem in the house and I am proud that every member of the team earned very good grades from the project.
