  It was an amazing experience working as Research & Development Assistant at Pearl Confectionary Pvt.Ltd. I carried out several lab trials to develop hard boiled candies of different flavours. Closely observed the mixing and manufacturing of bubble gum in lab and on floor. Studied different machinery mainly used in Confectionary Industry e.g extruder, z arm mixers, ball mill, boilers, holding tanks, cooling chambers, conveyers, packaging machines. Spent a day in Quality Assurance department and learnt the basic challenges a confection industry faces on daily basis in maintaining the quality of raw material and product. Show less
