I was awarded "Employee of the Quarter" twice throughout my three years of employment and was especially grateful for the recognition as the company ran four restaurants.   I was able to tie together my restaurant experience involving customer service, timing, and strategic planning with my call center experience more involved with data entry, record keeping, and phone etiquette. I’ve missed building relationships with clients and it has been so much fun getting to know clients and their pets on a personal level! In this role I checked in patients for appointments in-clinic, scheduled appointments, contacted other clinics for records, scanned and input records, and filled prescriptions. I’ve been surprised by how much I enjoy prescription medications! I have so much fun filling/prepping the medications and making the pickup process smooth and organized. Show less
