   Support development, review and implementation of project M&E systems, SOPs, guidance and measurement tools in line with the IRC MfA framework. Support in the training of project staff, stakeholders and other partners on MEAL tools, procedures and techniques in ensuring quality data collection and reporting. Ensure that detailed and feasible health and nutrition project monitoring plans are developed that: provide an indicator matrix, consider ethical and safe collection and storage of data, consider data quality audits and consider storing, protecting, and sharing project documents. Closely work with Senior MEAL Colleagues, Technical Coordinators to ensure that all projects have tested standard monitoring tools that capture both activity and indicator progress overtime. Develop tools that aid documenting, storing and sharing lessons learned that have implications for refinement of best programmatic practice.  In consultation with the Senior MEAL Officer; MEAL Coordinator and Technical Coordinators, organize lesson sharing events to fertilize learning across different projects. Serve as a project focal person on information management, lead and design diagnostic studies, evaluations, and surveys for the consortium. Develop/implement innovative ideas as regard to client feedback mechanism and ensure effective use of existing feedback mechanisms (FGD, hotline facilitation, suggestion boxes, exit interviews, IEC materials) Engage in the design, method and conduct of surveys such as baseline and end line and the commission of evaluations in coordination with colleagues and partners. Support in the development and implementation of a detailed and coherent MEAL plans that provide Logical frameworks, Functional databases, Accessible project data. Produce quality reports and updating dashboards with key findings that foster learning and decision making and share in project life cycle meetings and team’s meetings Show less  Lead in the development of M&E Plans, updating of the logframes (ECHO, Sida, GFFO, SDC and UNHCR), workplans. Provide inputs in other project documents like the procurement plans, spending plans and updating of dashboards. Strongly support in the development of POM,PIM and PCM presentation with keen focus on activities and indicators targets and achievements as well as gaps. Coordinate the collection, verification, compilation, analysis and dissemination of Protection including gender-based violence data.  Design and incorporate on Kobo and Commcare data collection tools in compliance with donor requirements of indicators.
