I hire, schedule, and manage between eight to ten employees at a time. I perform routine maintenance on all vessels to ensure customer safety and longevity of equipment. I effectively prioritize tasks and manage time within a fast-paced environment. I manage all marketing content including website management and social media updates to increase exposure and optimize advertising opportunities.
