Selected for specialized duties; included were Vice Presidential / First Lady Security Details, Bomb Team Technician, and Emergency Response Team (E.R.T.)

Awarded the World Police and Fire Games Olympic gold medal for powerlifting in Memphis, TN 1990.

Organized and maintained a 3.5 million dollar budget for the operation and maintenance of the facility.

      Chairman of the Security Board for the Clearfield County Courthouse. Designed and implemented security for the new courthouse annex. Obtained federal grant monies for the first Digital Imagining Program to assist in the enforcement of Domestic Relations Bench Warrants across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Investigated and apprehended wanted individuals and provided security in the courtroom during trials.

      Responsibilities included management of a large multiple site network utilizing multi-level security and ISACA Business Standards, supervising staff and human resources, vendor relations, budget planning, strategic planning, and both building and information security. I was the Pennsylvania State Applications Security Officer, Child Accounting Supervisor, and E-Rate coordinator. I developed technology plans in conjunction with national standards and local budget considerations and served on multiple boards and committees with reference to educational, technical, and security agendas. I designed the technology needs in a complete district renovation project from architectural design to completion and have communicated the goals and mission of the district to the community. I ensure that jobs are completed efficiently and within regulatory guidelines and projected deadlines, prepare and manage the annual budgets for the maintenance, grounds and custodial departments, and ensure optimal utilization of personnel and other resources.
