      • Project Management – Collaborate cross-functionally with brand teams, external agencies, internal groups/agencies, and IT resources. Develop and implement new ideas that impact global affiliates for the brands and functions that I manage: Maviret, Skyrizi (PS, CD), 1MM, ISO, Oncology, Venetoclax (CLL, AML, MM), Navitoclax, GMAP. Manage internal communication for teams, build new sites, and enhance existing sites.• New Initiatives & Advancements – Quarterly reporting to brand teams including eblast metrics and summary of projects/improvements. Organized enhancements for existing types of sites: multiple new versions of our popular photo sharing site, a new voting platform created (used for a HCV Internal Campaign, and a HCV External Campaign), upgraded best practice sharing sites (used for OncOlympics). Continually learning and exploring webparts and functionalities to expand offerings for our teams.• Training & Team Management – Train GDCS talent to become more impactful in their project coordination. Brainstorm ways to increase our team’s impact and pinpoint areas for improvement. Manage one of the project coordinators on our team; create bi-weekly objectives, observe progress, train and delegate as needed. Show less • Communications & Brand Management – Managed five of AbbVie’s global brand and function teams’ internal SharePoint websites, along with their internal communication needs (coordinating and sending roughly 100 eblasts per year to global affiliates). Continually conducted meetings with managers and directors to brainstorm ways to improve design and functionality of their existing sites, develop new communications, and ensure their needs were met. Revamped the look and functionality of all the brand portals I managed in 2020 based on affiliate feedback. Coordinated the rebrand of JUNTO, a monthly best practice sharing initiative for Maviret.• Site Development – Created new SharePoint sites bringing them from ideation to finished product. Developed sites for overarching teams, launch brands, resource guides, best practice sharing, highly-secured pages, pipeline products, and for new initiatives. Designed and developed the 2020 Specialty Care Forum SharePoint (28,000+ site views), the Specialty Share Photo Sharing site, the 2020 Oncology Forum SharePoint (5,000 site views), and the 1MM Best Practices portal (19,000+ site views). Collaborated on the development of the Global Expert Executive Council (GEEC) site for HCV - the first of its kind. Had a major part in creation of the 2021 1MMUNOLOGY Forum SharePoint site (14,000+ site views) and was involved in the overall planning process as well. • Graphic Design – Designed in-house for GDCS team and brand teams that needed fresh ideas and quick turnaround. Examples include eblasts, spotlight imagery, header images, buttons, gifs, and new site layouts. Show less • Analytics – Utilized Omniture and Maestro software to identify trends and insights. Formed and provided recommendations to brand managers.• Internal Communication & Design – Coordinated and sent roughly 75 eblasts per year. Improved the design of a e-blast template increasing click-through-rates by 24%.• Content Management – Provided content and project management support associated with internal projects and websites that support AbbVie’s global brand/function teams. • Process Improvement – Created an onboarding book for new-hires and initiated a new process for sharing new learnings and ways of working with the team at large.
