      My first professional assignment offered an opportunity to hone technical and managerial skills considerably. I hold credit of registering consistent progressions through this period. I joined as Senior Engineer in 1994 and got promoted in 1997 to be Assistant Manager until 2000 when I became a Deputy Manager and later as Manager in 2004.As a Process Engineering Manager, I was primarily responsible for optimising the existing processes; developing new ones with a focus on stage gate model. My deliverables extended to include analysis of design modifications, preparing effective point advice and implement the same. I meticulously conducted techno-commercial comparison of machines & fixed technical specifications for purchase of machines for new project and capacity expansion including installation and commissioning. I effectively planned, scheduled, monitored and managed the project, accomplished assignments well in time and budget.
