  I used different micro manipulation techniques, created DNA plasmids, lusiferase assay, fluorescent microscopy, confocal microscopy, micro array preparation and analysis, PCR and real-time PCR to analyse pathway of Xcad2 gene during gastrulation.

  I used different ways of cloning, point mutations, analysis of the resulted clones, purification of the proteins from bacterial cultures, preparation of proteins for crystallography.
