The project includes the construction of the following elements: temporary rock revetments ~3km Long with armor rocks 300 to 500 Kg, 2.3 km long secant piles quay wall (1,120 secant piles and 1,282 bored piles), 4.4 km long precast block quay walls (15,443 Nos of precast blocks), 6.1 km long revetments and 5.8 km long breakwaters, crushed rock paving, as well as supply and installation of navigation aids (beacons, buoys).
