  Rachel Edwards is Vice President of Acquisitions for WinnDevelopment. Ms. Edwards’ responsibilities include sourcing new opportunities to further grow Winn’s portfolio that meet the company’s investment and development criteria. In this role, Ms. Edwards provides initial analysis and feasibility of projects, negotiates transactions and assists with due diligence. She is also responsible for acquisitions of multi-family assets in 23 states, including existing apartment buildings, rehabilitation of historic buildings and fractured condominium developments with a focus on the creation of mixed- and low-income housing. In addition, Ms. Edwards oversees dispositions for the Winn portfolio, maximizing value through brokered and direct transactions. Show less
