Organization, implemented administrative controls for efficient delivery of targets, introduced/structured governance controls, QA/QC Systems etc. in the Asset Engineering (AE) organization and effectively managed various phases of Business Strategies in line with Business dynamics and implemented CI Lean for all delivery scopes for AE.
