I have been working at Accenture with access management solutions. My most important project has been the development of an access management solution for about 3-4 million end users in which I was the lead developer. I am Specialized in Identity and access management solutions (IAM). I'm proficient especially in Access management. I have done several integrations with 3rd parties by federating. I have designed and developed complex architectures with heavy focus on security perspective. I like to think that I have skills in network technologies as well. Show less

The competition consisted of three stages – qualification round, national final, and this year for the first time – the international final. The first International Project Management Championship final took place in Vilnius, Lithuania on the 23rd of April, 2015, and gathered the best student teams from five countries. The assessment tool was a project simulation provided by PM Catalyst, and teams needed to adapt their knowledge to a changing environment, use critical thinking and manage the “big picture” of a project. The winners – Team from Finland – were announced in the awards ceremony the next day.Shortly after the results were pronounced the winning team from Finland (Metropolia University of Applied Sciences – Henri Böhm, Henri Turtiainen and Niko Puhakka) expressed their emotions:“We are very excited and relieved, because the competition was difficult and other teams were equally good. This experience will be motivate us to pursue our career in the project management.”The Project Management Championship is organized by International Project management Association (IPMA) Young Crew. The best teams of each university met on the final, where they had to solve a real life case study and present it to the jury. The case, provided by Project Institute Finland was demanding and the time pressure was fierce. The jury consisted of international PM experts from Tieto, IPMA and Project Institute Finland. The winner was announced on the 11th of November, in the award ceremony during the PM Days in Dipoli. After watching all presentations judges commented teams’ performances- “The energy level and excitement of all finalists were outstanding, even though the task was exhausting and stressful. The overall level of performances was very high, particularly the top 3 teams. We were pleased to hear from teams that this event has become a trigger to pursue project management further in their carrier.”After giving their presentation team of Metropolia shared their thoughts: “In this experience we realized that the theory that we study at school can actually be applied in the real life case, so it definitely grew our confidence. It is difficult for students to find places where they can show in practice what they are capable of doing, but this excellent opportunity. We are perfectionists and it was very challenging to compromise the quality of the presentation that we show to the judges under so intense time pressure. However, when we participate in any competition we are very determined and goal oriented, we don’t come here to lose.”The PM Championship is organized by Young Crew Finland and Project Management Association Finland.Text- Agate Krumina(http://pmchampionships.com/category/finland/) Show less
