  *Manage IT projects including requirements gathering, building and customizing systems, implementation, training, and support.*Work with hospital staff from all areas from doctors to environmental services to analyze and develop workflows to run the hospital most efficiently and provide the best patient care possible. Sometimes this is done though process improvement, other times it is done by developing complex interfaces that make different hospital systems communicate with each other.*Perform high-level support of many different information systems.*Able to quickly learn about new software in order to customize, troubleshoot, test, and implement it.*Projects include whole hospital transition from INVSION to Cerner Millennium as hospital information system, Mobile MD Patient Portal Implementation, Allscripts Emergency Department System Implementation, Logicare Patient Discharge Instructions Implementation, TeleTracking Patient Tracking Implementation, INVSION 27.5 Beta Site, Converted Registration Pathways from INVSION 3270 to use OAS Gold and a second registration system conversion to MedStar's model registration and financial system, Created Respiratory Therapy Documentation and Charging System in INVISION, and CPOE Implementation in INVISION*Create reports from several different systems using tools such as Cognos.*Participant in 3 lean workshops where interdisciplinary teams of hospital employees used Kaizen principals to improve patient throughput in the Emergency Department.*Co-Leader of Measurement Team for several years where analyzed data and produced reports about patient experience. As a part of this team helped to start a Patient and Family Advisory Council and appeared in a video made by CMS on how to start Patient and Family Advisory Councils in 2014. *Background in support and basic knowledge of networking.
