As a Small Minority Business Enterprise, Globalpundits is committed to delivering expert level, customized staffing solutions to commercial and government clients.• Identify, and screen entry-level, professional, and managerial candidates for technical positions. • Schedule candidate interviews with managers and/or designated staff.• Participate in outreach functions to raise public awareness of technical employment opportunities. • Responsible for gathering and pulling data from various sources regarding recruiting activities• Update and Maintain applicant record in Applicant Tracking System • Experience in placing both Contractor and FTE candidates• Experience placing Manager and higher-level candidates• Extend job offers to selected candidates at the direction of the hiring manager. • Ensure required pre-hire documentation is completed. • Resolve problems related to relocations.
