As a Product Designer, I was responsible for optimizing the web and mobile applications of the Product, which included conducting a UX audit, user interviews, and testing, prototyping, and design, and collaborating closely with managers and development teams. I introduced a design culture into the company, conducted a large usability audit of the Product, and redesigned the Product to improve conversions.
