  During my tenure at Chick-Fil-A, I held several positions including Team Member, Trainer, Team Leader, Assistant Manager, and eventually Store Manager. As a store manager I was responsible for ensuring a smooth day to day operation was taking place, as well as leading our staff to strive for producing a fresh and high-quality product. I worked with other managers to develop our staff and help them grow into training and leadership roles, and through doing so acquired a dynamic skillset centered around leading and developing the talent of others. In addition, I lead projects and implementations to improve the efficiency of our store processes centered around minimizing waste and optimizing our productivity (hours vs revenue), as well as maintaining the overall quality of our equipment and store as a whole.   As a Quality Engineering Technician, I am responsible for ensuring that our company manufactures aerospace products that are conforming to engineering specifications and customer expectations. In my time here, I have acquired experience with the manufacturing process for composite nacelle structures. Through working in this role, I have worked on projects related to determining root cause for defects and implementation of corrective actions through improving the manufacturing process with respect to our engineering specifications and allowances.
