  Acting as Supplier Quality Engineer with below two key responsibilities : Sustaining Engineer : - Managing and sustaining supplier quality performance ( 30+ Suppliers-Mechanical commodities)- Driving Supplier Quality improvement programs- NCMR reduction and SCAR/ 8D reduction - Conduct PPAP activities for MLD projects - Review and manage Supplier change requests Strategic Engineer : - Acting as project core team member and manage supplier related deliverables of project - Conduct supplier selection audits and onboard suppliers to ASL.- Manage E2E new part development starting from DFX till PPAP approval with supplier.Accomplishments: - Successfully delivered a high valued localization and line transfer project named as Phoenix by doing detailed problem analysis & resolution and lean methodology deployment. Our team won PEC-2019 quality award from CEO for this project in world finals at Amsterdam. Also our Team received 'Team of year' award at Philips HIC level.- Lead Team Hawk Insight and successfully delivered project by improving supplier inspection system and process improvement which resulted in 100% RFT from suppliers. Annual saving of 25K Euro realized Our team went to last 12 teams in PEC 2019 at Philips HIC Pune level.- Successfully delivered product height optimization project under team Green by utilizing DFM approach. Annual saving of 35K Euro realized, Our team judged Runner Up in PEC 2020 at Philips HIC level.- Senior Director-Procurement awarded me “Take ownership to deliver fast behavior award’’ for resolving quality issue causing overall impact of 254K Euros.- Acting as SQE lead for NPI project ( Involving 200+ Parts ) and acting as SQE member for another parallelly running NPI ( 44+ parts).
