I handled currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately,followed procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation, and assisted management with inventory control and stock ordering. Furthermore, I built loyal clientele through friendly interactions and consistent appreciation and was able to resolve complaints promptly and professionally. This job also allowed me to take initiative to find extra tasks when scheduled duties were completed and cross-train and coordinate scheduling with team members to ensure seamless service. Through these jobs, I gained strong knowledge of the exact proportions and combinations to utilize in making beverages, and developed the ability to identify unruly or intoxicated patrons and professionally solve the problem or seek help if required.
