  - Responsible for the end-to-end Risk Adjusted Performance (RAP) process, which evaluates performance across the firm on a quarterly basis. This encompasses the following deliverables: - Production of the quarterly reporting package to management related to line of business specific risk adjusted performance metrics, including CET1 (common equity tier 1), Tier1 Capital, Total Regulatory Capital & SLR (Supplementary Leverage Ratio) which are designed to drive strategic business decisions related to balance sheet usage. - Participant in the quarterly business reviews as both a presenter and subject matter expert. - Ownership over the calculations and related methodologies that drive allocations at the exposure level to specific business lines. - Perform detailed variance & trend analysis (QoQ & YoY), including identifying specific drivers. - Seed Capital analysis conducted on newly formed investment funds to evaluate risk adjusted returns.- Accountable for complex regulatory and reporting duties related to the company’s Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and the Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test (DFAST) submissions.- Managed review and approval of calculator based estimation approaches related to the Stress Testing processes. This included planning, execution, reporting & issue tracking related to specific reviews.- Implemented multiple processes within the Stress Testing Framework that led to greater efficiency and more accurate results. This included process design, workflow development along with procedural implementation.
