Accountable for all aspects of Talent Management and Succession Planning, Strategic Resourcing, Leadership Development, Capability Development and Learning and Development strategy for 36,000 employees across all markets and functions. Built a team of thought leaders who developed strategies and introduced practices in Talent Management, Performance, Engagement, Leadership Development and Capability Development to meet regional business needs across UK businesses and 20,000 employees.
