Project role Joint working with an External contractor to scope and design a user focused solution using Agile methodology. Liaising with a large number of Stakeholders involved in the project ranging from ECC Senior Directors, Adult Operations Staff, Partnership Organisations and Third Party Voluntary Services commissioned by ECC. Show less Facilitate Methodology training sessions to introduce the concept of Quality Improvement Methodology to Managers and Home Staff and explain how they can use it effectively within their home Provide support with Prosper to 44 homes in the West and South of Essex, encouraging care staff to “ think outside the box ” making small acts of change and using quality methodology to improve the welfare and wellbeing of residents on areas such as Hydration, Falls Prevention and Pressure Ulcer Management. Provide intensive support to homes that are experiencing a period of disruption or failing and support the management to implement the project. Provide support to managers around staff culture and identifying issues of poor staff morale Dementia Friends Champion and regularly deliver dementia friends awareness sessions to groups, including care home staff and relatives.
