I am mentioning a few here - led from the front the SAP S4 Hana Optimisation project to harness the real benefit of earlier implementation, organisational restructuring done to achieve higher efficiency with less manpower, designed and implemented an interactive Budgeting process and replaced an ineffective MIS with an action oriented management reporting, significant savings achieved in finance costs by changing the processes.
