The annual target was simple written and very clear for everybody: sales with more than 30% as the previous year when people thought about money as they haven’t for the last 30 years.It was a fantastic period with creativity, passion with quarterly time management lessons – each event, each campaign, each new concept challenged my thoughts, my imagination and my vision!The change that followed in my career, that of joining Xerox Business Services, seemed quite different, yet as I soon found out, it was the perfect environment to flourish all the knowledge and abilities mastered in almost 6 years.
