      Oversee and co-ordinate the arrival and departure processes for customers and crew ensuring safety at all times. Prepare flight paperwork for crew including printing of customer lists, flight plans and other documentation. Clearly communicating aircraft fuel and load data between flight crew and load control departments and deal with weight and balance calculations as required. Having full accountability for authorising aircraft departures in conjunction with VAA and legislative requirements and delivering the safe on time departure of our aircraft. This role also required a license to operate jet bridges and safely use aircraft doors for both Boeing and Airbus.       This role is fast paced and requires me to work closely with clinical leads and manage a team of clinicians. As part of the operational team I offer operational duty to help with non clinical queries as well as absence management and roster upkeep. I ensure that staff feel safe and part of a team with wellbeing being a top focus especially due to the nature of their role. The operational team ensure a safe and effective delivery of the service which means we have to be fast thinking, motivated and enthusiastic at all times to keep standards high. There are elements of project management, supporting staff through their training programmes, new starter inductions, leavers and more personal matters such as RTW,PDR's and occ health referrals when needed.
