      Managing pilot projects and a scale-up effort to bring solar-powered (E-paper or E-Ink) real-time information to MBTA stations and stops that lack power or network connectivity. I analyzed device uptime and created a siting guide based on solar exposure by date to optimize year-round sign performance, and monitored a subsequent deployment to build a procurement for scaling up to all Green Line stops without power.
