  In my role as the team leader for audit engagements I am responsible for planning, supervising and reporting of the audit. Part of my work focuses on the client’s internal control processes where we evaluate if the client has adequate control measures that prevents them from making material mistakes and/or omissions in the financial reporting.   Financial Controller

  PlayAd Media Group is an expanding Nordic Group in the digital media business. The group have approximately 50 employees at the moment. I work at the finance department together with the CFO and one accountant. In my role as financial controller I am responsible for the overall business in the three Nordic subsidiaries. I have been in charge for the work with the annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.In my daily work I work close to the country managers and perform controlling in terms of analysing actuals to budget and try to optimize the way of working overall. We are in a phase with strong focus on keeping track of the gross margin in relation to indirect costs and salaries and provision. In order to do this I am responsible for the monthly closing of the balances in each Nordic subsidiary.In addition to above, I am responsible for the quarterly consolidations of the group and for the preparation of the annual statements. Due to this, I have full responsibility for the annual audit of the group. I have also been responsible for a major project where we did a big restructuring of the companies in the Group. Show less
