  • Develop ECD training Materials, tools and packages required during the project life span, considering IRC visibility and donor visibility at the same time, to build the capacity of the related staff either local partners, governmental sectors, or ministries. • Mange the assessing the priorities and gaps in education and nursery services and designing the content with mainstream the SEL (Social- emotional literacy) include School Readiness program which have teacher guide, caregivers guide and children booklets (numeracy, literacy and SEL), Teacher Continuous Professional Development, Quality Management System (QMS) and in service universal training for the nursery sector in Jordan.• Integrate ECD content on health system under umbrella of Ministry of Health by developing Zero to Five parenting tips, ECD dialogue tool, training manual for midwives and edutainment corners.• Integrate the protection aspect in the ECD training materials with SEL to be conducted in rural communities and reach out all of family members including fathers.
