In charge of resource management, planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance programs with operating budgets up to $75M and outage budgets of up to $12M. As dedicated project leader from 2014 - 2019, managed technical directors, superintendents and contractors in multiple long and short-term engineering, maintenance and procurement (EPC) projects up to 5-years in duration and valued up to $65M.Achievements Include♦ Headed design, construction, installation, testing, and start-up of the $65M vaporized ammonia delivery system.♦ Led the ~5 year, $24M replacement of 24 pulverizer gear boxes. Recommended and launched initiative during role as Senior Engineering Technologist. Retained direct oversight of pulverizers and partnered with engineering team in defining project scopes and managing outage budgets for multiple outages of up to 12 weeks in duration and $12M in spend. Established short and long-term maintenance and repairs plans. Performed engineering and design work for equipment and systems. Built scopes of work and budgets and contributed to materials procurement. Defined labor requirements and sourced, negotiated and engaged 3rd party resources.
