  • Conduct forensic investigations into financial records, excess charges claim, and suspected malfeasance reported by the customer through consultants, CBN or Bankers Committee relating to credit, trade, investments, E-channels and other financial services rendered by the bank.• Timely rendition of report on customer disputed charges/claims investigated.• Recommendation to management on appropriate refunds and recovery from thecustomer based on the investigation carried out on complaint received. • Improve the Bank’s processes through to identification and reduction/eradication of the causal factors that lead to excess charges refunds.• Monitor the implementation of approved action plans to mitigate risk.• Ensuring all customer complaints are reviewed and resolved in line with extant laws and regulations within the required timeline set by regulators.• Representing the bank at post review meetings, arbitration meetings and mediations scheduled by the Bankers' Committee, Consumer Protection Department of the CBN and the law court to ensure that all complaints are resolved, and relationships are revived/better managed to the mutual benefit of the bank and customers.• Developing and sharing best practices across the Bank and promoting a robust controlculture across the bank to mitigate income reversals and provide revenue assurance.
