My focus will be on establishing and managing the project delivery function and overseeing several upcoming projects, the first of which is the 152MW (AC) Marulan Solar Farm with an 81MW/162MWh battery storage system in NSW, scheduled for construction in Q2 of 2025.My key responsibilities include supporting the project development team to optimize project designs, develop procurement strategies, and provide expertise in engineering and project delivery. I will manage the interface between development, delivery, and operations, ensuring smooth transitions between project phases, capturing lessons learned, and driving continuous improvement.
