Initiate countermeasures or deeper analysis to understand root cause of trend/deviation and set up actions to solve this and avoid reoccurrence. Update necessary documents after an issue (Control Plan, PFMEA, Quality Working Instructions, COL, Lesson Learned, VIC, TOI).• Participate to the root cause analysis for customer quality complaints and communicate all steps with the customer (8D reports). This includes although decisions on sorting even for goods already delivered. Ensure customer demand can be delivered during this period.• Continuously improve processes in regards of quality and overall waste of resources.• Review inspection reports for new (changed) parts from internal, external suppliers and approve them for production (Fit&Function)• Support set up new processes already in planning stadium to achieve high quality results combined with needed output - cost and APQP oriented.• Verify the continuous conformance of the product/process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the Global Change Management procedure.• Update the Quality documents following a process/design related change (Control Clan, QWI, PFMEA, Capability Study, R&R,…). Collect and provide necessary PPAP data.• Coordinate Process and Product audit, train and coach the logical thinking.• Support the Production manager and the Operations manager in the analysis of issues assigned during the daily production and plant fast response meetings.• Update the main production quality KPIs (PPM, Customer Situation, Cost of Non Quality)Provide needs and improvements for Poka-Yoke (definition/Validation/Re-qualification )• Participate to the eradication of Customer Situations (CS) and internal issues.• Represent Customer within Johnson Electric on Quality matters (communication, escalation)• Manufacturing process expert and awareness on his terrain of the scope of products Mostrar menos
