  - Worked on development of Sales Force Automation web application for Apple (via Infosys). This application will assist the Sales personals working in the field to keep an accurate track of the prospective customers as well as latest quotes, order status, product availability, etc. The project also aimed at providing a better visibility to the Apple Sales Managers into the data of Sales Representatives and also equip them with a better pipeline management and accurate forecasting- Played the dual role of a business analyst cum team lead.- Worked with the business stakeholders to elicit the requirements and document the same in BRD.- Studied the As-Is process flows, developed the To-Be process flows and did the gap analysis.- As a team lead I was involved in preparing project estimates, timelines for go-live and calling out any foreseeable risks.
