      I am responsible for the direct supervision, growth, and support of a team of 15 project managers. I also contribute to the development and execution of the EPMO's strategic goals and objectives. I promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality. I participate in and support the enterprise project management governance, project management team leadership, project forecasting and resourcing as well as project tracking, monitoring and prioritization.
