  Was hired as a QA/QC Engineer (Contract), during which was given an opportunity to assume position as a Supplier Quality Engineer in Thermo Fisher Scientific's Life Science Group, was in Life Technologies before acquisition.Role as a Supplier Quality Engineer was fruitful as it built interpersonal skill by the need of working, both, within the organization/inter-department and also externally with the supplier/vendor.Alongside with interpersonal skill, basic management skill was built in order to drive, both, internal and external parties to improve and produce better quality, right from the design stage to the finished goods.Lastly, within the short stay in the position, there were great exposure such as FDA audit, procurement/validation/changes of new raw material/part, quality control plan right from supplier/vendor production to Thermo Fisher Scientific's customer.
