She provided advice to Senior Management and Dependent Projects on future direction and best practice on development and frameworks. The Competency Centre within DIAC has created Open Source Frameworks and Quality Assurance tools to be consumed by all of DIAC’s applications and other Government Agencies.

      Victoria Police (Jul 2015 - Oct 2015)• Kicked-off the SharePoint Warrants Project which was introduced due to the Luke Batty case where Warrants were taking 2-4 weeks to be issues and it was envisaged for this to be reduced to 1-2 days;• Responsible for delivering the accepted solution and technical features along with schedule and required budget and project financial breakdown.Telstra (Oct 2013 - Jun 2015)• IT Program Lead for implementing the CYOD (Choose Your Own Device) solution, this program was at the forefront of Telstra’s move to Future Ways of Working and enabled staff to work anywhere by being able to connect and communicate via their mobile device. The program of work encompassed delivering Mobile Device Management, HR PEX (SAP) changes, upgrade of Exchange platform, Siebel and front-end web platform facility for Staff and selected Partners to apply;• The initial concept prior to myWorkspace was Smart Spaces Project, this was the implementation of the room booking system along with meeting room panels that showed the current status, availability and ability to book outside any meeting room or via the Outlook Plug-In;• Peer Support was the first SAAS SSO initiative implemented in Telstra and led the way for many more, it challenged a new way of thinking and providing support within a large traditional organisation. ATO (Oct 2011 - Dec 2012)ATO Enterprise Applications and Office of the Chief Knowledge Officer to build and implement the Program of work for the Document Collaboration Program. Kelly has managed all aspects of this Program of work with the ATO and has received recognition of her work by the Account Team and the Client – “the excellent work our Project Delivery Team, led by Kelly Browne, played a major factor in the ATO getting the budget approved for the continuation of the project.
