  After returning from study leave at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, I accepted a teaching position at St. Catherine Girls' Senior High School at Agbakofe near Sogakope in the Volta Region, Ghana, where I teach high school Mathematics. I make math concepts real and interesting to the girls, leading to an improved pass rate from 17% to 59%.I also use Microsoft Excel to analyze students' performance every semester to identify areas of improvement and track progress. I then present the results of the analysis to the students using Microsoft PowerPoint where we discuss areas of improvement. I love seeing my students transform into Maths lovers. কম দেখুন
