  Venturing into the world of work at a young age of 18 was a necessity for me, but I am proud to say that my passion to teach and be useful to my students was my strength during the entire decade of my career as an educationist. I worked with numerous students of different age groups (from grade 1 to university apprentices), bridging the gap of an understanding between them and the lifeful subjects of sciences and language in a safe, warm and responsive environment. During this period, I have served at 5 different institutions with Al Rowad International School, Riyadh being my last employer in 2014 in the field of education. Besides teaching several academic subjects, assisting my students to develop communication skills, organizing and hosting speech events, coaching students to write their speeches, conducting science experiments to understand life better are some of the highlights I feel good about. My reward and memories are treasured from this period in the form of life long connections with some of my students and their parents.   I joined this dept. for two reasons: a) my interest to learn and contribute in the activities of marketing and b) the company needed improvement in this area. I began by setting the fundamentals in place. This included: - defining the company’s mission, vision and values- creating the marketing policy - stating the marketing objectives and responsibilities - corporate slogan- creating brand identity guidelines- reviving the social media accounts and creating new onesI coordinate and manage the marketing activities and plans, write content, proofread, brainstorm ideas of content and design, manage creation of marketing collateral, manage and execute email marketing newsletters, manage social media accounts, organize participation in trade shows and events, coordinate internal communication, manage internal marketing, website development etc. and lead a team of two subordinates. We have made progress in establishing the marketing department and advanced towards our goal of creating awareness about MOTABAQAH, a conformity assessment body. Show less In these almost 6 years I have managed the executive office for two CEOs. My activities were limitless. They included (but not limited to):- corporate communication and project management- scrutinizing legal documents/contracts- compiling and designing annual reports- organizing meetings and communicating their minutes of meeting- maintaining records (print and digital) and coordination between CEO office and other departments - assisting with research in addition to the miscellaneous office tasks Serving at this level of the hierarchy comes with a lot of responsibility and accountability.
