Hired and trained student consultants to work in the center. Developed a training program and wrote a handbook for student consultants. Analyzed data to locate areas of need and assess the effectiveness of student sessions. Managed yearly budget. Monitored usage and tracked tutees, providing detailed monthly assessment reports of usage.
