Show less At position of supervisor I was responsible for continuity of production in two machining shops production departments - machine tools for heavy products 7mt, high temperature furnaces department (up to 3000C) and dry materials preparation. During that time I have implemented many improvements for increasing availability of machines. I won 'Innovator of the Year' award for milling machine tool's mechanism clamping improvement. I was resolving problems applying RCA tools, dealing with spare part management and BoM creation. At that time I was leading ca. 13 employees and cooperating with external vendors.
