      Handling Parts:- Electronic & Electrical (Smart key, Key lock set, Start Stop Button, Neutral Switch, Reveres camera, Trunk Gate Switch, Radio Antenna, ).- Monitor Quality feedback from across the country and inform Quality Team in plant about the same via daily mails, Quality information Report & in monthly.- Weekly Meeting on Field Quality Issue with OEM.- To analyse the warranty failed parts (Cost wise, count wise region wise etc.)- Simulation Testing & Vehicle Testing field return parts - - Physical Check - Vehicle testing - Check on testing Jigs.- Joint investigation with OEM to understand the root cause of the failure and to follow up with Quality team for product improvements (countermeasure).Training :- Imparting Product & Technical Training to the Dealer staff (Technician, Service Manager, Warrant Manager, Floor Supervisor & Co-Tech etc.)- Developed diagnostic check Sheet (DSC) Manual for dealers.- To resolve the General & Critical Field/ Customer complaints by assisting dealerships via Phone, webcam, Mail, Video & If required the visit the dealerships. (Across India ). - Case study: - Poor Pickup, Remote Key Not working, Trunk Gate not open/Stuck, Reverse camera not working etc.- PDI Audit at dealership (Across the Country) to ensure as per standardized guidelines.- Ensuring 100% parts inspection at technical Centre along with OEM (CCS & India Quality Centre & Quality Team).-Continuous follow up with plants quality team for improvement of warranty failure and supporting quality team by sending regularly warranty return parts. - Continuously look for opportunities to reduce warranty waste. - Analyze key warranty data, identify Issues / Trends and recommend improvements/Action Plans.
