 - Anheuser-busch inbevJun 2012 - Jul 2016- Responsible for HC administration, hires and terminations, people engagement, EHS, solving union issues, etc. Fully involved as a Partner for Operations and Sales departments, acomplishing to be a partner giving strategies for L&D, hiring, turn over, action plans based in Lean Six Sigma and other continus improvement plans. We accomplished to reduce turn over from 25% per year to almost 15%; also we reduce accidents and absences which where an issue at the time.
