      Assisted the Chancellor in his weekend-long, intensive negotiation class, provided administrative support, and managed a cohort of MBA students. To assist in lectures, I demonstrated negotiation tactics and provided examples of conflict resolution for organized exercises featuring small groups and the entire class. Wrote a comprehensive report detailing best practices for training employees, led staff development programming and introductory training for incoming staffers, analyzed data related to tutor communication skills, and evaluated tutor effectiveness. Additionally, I designed marketing materials and managed data through Microsoft Excel and Access. Assisted a senior faculty member in designing a first-year curriculum that fosters community for incoming college students. Together, we lead a cohort of peers in learning activities, designed lesson plans for future classes, and graded student work on the basis of merit and syntax. Worked with young children at Bellevue Elementary in the Syracuse City School District and collaborated with teachers to create a comfortable learning experience for students.Additionally, I met weekly deadlines for reporting to senior staff, entering timesheet hours, and providing an evaluation of my professional performance.
