My teaching evaluation by the students reached a 95% acceptance rate.Responsible for designing the programmatic content of the VM and Store Organization Management courses, these courses continue to be offered under the same parameters in which they were created.Articulate the design workshop courses with the fashion unions and foundations of Cali Colombia, which allowed the end-of-semester projects to have an additional objective to the academic one. These projects raised more than $4,000 that was destined to support foundations.Evaluation of the degree theses of more than 10 students who aspired to the Bachelor's Degree in CustomDesign. One proposed design is to create and implement an accessories area that will be replicated in other Armani Exchange stores.Supervise a team consisting of a VM Assistant, 4+ back-of-house employees, and 8+ salespeople daily to ensure efficient replenishments and maintenance of store standards. These efforts have been reflected in the form of improved service quality and customer satisfaction.Support general management in creating weekly and monthly sales reports and provide valuable insights on sales, floorsets, and VM standards during corporate visits. By implementing the latest VM standards and carrying out these activities, the store has successfully secured a place among the top three high-performing stores in the country in terms of sales.
