      Art of Science BSCB Prize Art of Science Competition, The University of Bristol Nov 2015 Received a BSCB prize for a confocal image of the skin of a zebrafish larva (image in the background), in which the skin cells were genetically altered to express varying amounts of three fluorescent proteins thereby labelling them with rainbow-like colours.

      The Best Elevator Pitch Prize Wellcome Trust Jun 2014 During a Wellcome Trust student Away Day, I was asked to perform an elevator pitch to share my research with other students, academics and external visitors. Supplied with only a flip chart and pen, I endeavoured to employ techniques to engage with the audience such as live drawing and humour.
